YOuth Performance
Speed and strength gains take years whereas skill takes months. Our High School and Middle School sessions show our athletes how to effectively train for field sports….with intent, proper form, and velocity. Coach led sessions include: breathwork, warm up, sprinting, jumping, throwing and athlete specific strength training that will not only enhance their speed, and strength, but resilience to injury as well. Key data points like sprint times, vertical jump, and bar velocity are recorded, to ensure our athletes are giving max intent, and shared so they can also monitor their progress.
adult group functional strength
As we age, we lose power(think stopping a fall) 2-3 times faster than strength, so our sessions focus on keeping and regaining that power. Our 60min group class keeps the heart rate up, where we spend about 10 mins warming up with breathwork and mobility, then 10 mins of dynamic warm up, 10 mins of power with: targeted throws, hops, & jumps, then finishing with total body functional strength training, yes we go heavy, and always finish with a short, intense bout of cardio to increase our VO2 max.
1x1 training
Want to go beyond just a “workout”? Want to dive deeper into your goals? Could be body composition, or wanting to sprint again, or wanting to develop a meditation practice….or hell, do a cold plunge! Our sessions allow for that, or any other goal you might have through a more personal program tailored to your liking at the time and pace you prefer.
Sun-Fri: 5:30am-3pm
Active recovery(TBA)
This typically is more of a “bolt-on” as we have an ice bath on-site and quite often our athletes use on the way-in or way-out, but stay tuned for programming this summer that will not only help you recover, but also help you tap deeper into your “inner strength” through a fun, energizing, guided hour that starts with stretching and ends with pure energy cold bath!
