According to the NFHS, muscle/tendon strains are the most common field sports injury, and the best way to protect yourself from that is max-velocity sprinting. So come get some in before the season starts.

This Sunday: 4:45–6:00 PM
(Doors open 4:30)

We've got 2 courts + extended sprint lane for better max velocity work.

-10 & 15 yd Flys
-Vertical Jump
