    • High school group: Sun 60 min session (10am&3pm) & Thu 45 min session (6pm)

    • Mid School Group: Sun 60 min session (9am &2pm) & Tue 45 min session (6pm)

  • Off-Season Program: Speed, Strength, & Conditioning

    • High school group: Mon-Fri 60 min session (6:45pm)

    • Mid School Group: Mon-Fri 60 min session (3:15pm)
