Been occupied with winter sports, now need to get ready for spring?

This session will be a focused 3 week block, 3x per week dedicated to acceleration, change of direction, and conditioning, with limited weight training.

Training will be combination of 2 high intensity sessions(example: resisted and max acceleration sprints, throws, and jumps) and 1 low intensity session(example: active recovery, accessory lifts and tendon health) so that your athlete arrives ready for play on 3/30!

Highlights of 60 min session:
